Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, security, and connectivity across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of LAN/WAN environments, network hardware, and related systems.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime and operational continuity are critical. This position will play a key role in network administration, cybersecurity initiatives, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Infrastructure

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Support and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments
Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability to ensure maximum uptime
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution
Support network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure expansion projects

Security & Cybersecurity

Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security solutions
Maintain user access controls, authentication, and permissions
Perform patch management, security updates, and routine security audits
Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure security improvements

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve network, system, and helpdesk-related issues
Provide technical support to end users and internal IT teams
Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, diagrams, incidents, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-impacting technical issues

Performance Optimization & Compliance

Analyze network traffic and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
Recommend and implement infrastructure and performance enhancements
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of network changes and infrastructure assets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in network administration or infrastructure support
Experience supporting enterprise network environments and troubleshooting network issues
Knowledge of network operations, monitoring, and performance analysis
Strong communication and user support skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) or higher
Experience with Fortinet, Aruba, and/or Arista networking technologies
Arista ACE Level 2 certification or higher
Experience with ArubaOS environments
Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and network security tools
