Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Analyst to lead and support Production Planning processes within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP ECC Production Planning solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, planning accuracy, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP ECC Production Planning (PP).
• Manage and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
• Improve capacity planning and production execution processes.
• Support both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and WM/EWM.
• Lead system enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and change requests.
• Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and recommend process improvements.
• Create functional documentation, test plans, and user training materials.
• Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) experience.
• Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP integration with SAP SD and SAP MM.
• Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments (highly preferred).
• Strong business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management solutions (WM/EWM).
• Experience optimizing production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
• Background in process improvement and SAP solution design.
