About the Opportunity We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative SaaS products that solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback sessions, and data analysis to identify product opportunities.
Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Product Management with responsibility for delivering customer-facing software products.
Experience managing B2B SaaS products throughout the complete product lifecycle.
Background working within venture-backed or rapidly scaling technology companies.
Proven success defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and shipping products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong experience writing product requirements, specifications, and user stories that enable efficient engineering execution.
Comfortable working directly with customers to gather feedback, validate solutions, and influence product direction.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical and business teams.
Experience partnering closely with engineering, customer success, operations, and leadership teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Preferred Experience
Experience building products within regulated industries or highly complex business environments.
Exposure to healthcare technology, enterprise software, or workflow automation platforms.
