Salary Range: $170,000–$215,000 Base + Equity

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing fintech company building modern enterprise software for financial institutions. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work directly with executive leadership, customers, and engineering to define, build, and scale complex products.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning products from concept to launch, excels at solving technical problems, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You'll take ownership of key product initiatives while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Own product initiatives throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and continuous improvement.
• Work directly with customers and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements.
• Partner closely with software engineers to define technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize development efforts.
• Write clear product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and enterprise-level documentation.
• Drive product discovery, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution.
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver exceptional enterprise software experiences.
• Balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience when making product decisions.
• Continuously iterate on existing features while helping define future product strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth technology company.
• Proven success owning products through the full SDLC.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous software engineering experience.
• Experience building fintech, lending, payments, or other financial software products.
• Understanding of commercial lending, loan origination, underwriting, or financial workflows.
• Previous founder or startup leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of complex operational workflows and enterprise UX.
• Demonstrated success shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
