Location: Pleasanton, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days per Week) - No remote or hybrid option is available.
Duration: 3 months
Compensation/Hourly: $45.00/w2
Visa Sponsorship: Applicant must be able to work for any employer without needing a work visa as we are unable to sponsor or transfer any visa sponsorship at this time.
Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate will be considered; however, relocation candidates must provide written confirmation that they can relocate and be onsite in Pleasanton, CA by their first day of employment.



Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced STIBO Developer to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and ongoing production support activities. This role requires a strong technical background in STIBO STEP, data management, and application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and supporting STIBO solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience
  • Hands-on experience with STIBO Systems STEP
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, processes, and best practices
  • Experience developing and customizing solutions using JavaScript
  • Strong SQL skills, including:
    • Complex queries
    • Stored procedures
    • Triggers
    • Data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting enterprise data quality and governance initiatives
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support STIBO STEP solutions within an enterprise environment
  • Support ongoing STIBO implementation projects and enhancement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve STIBO application and data-related issues
  • Develop customizations, workflows, and automation using JavaScript
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to improve data quality and consistency
  • Create and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and data integration components
  • Ensure master data integrity, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities
