Candidates must be willing to participate in after-hours support for critical production, shipping, maintenance, or infrastructure-related issues as needed.

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, security, and connectivity across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of LAN/WAN environments, network hardware, and related systems.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime and operational continuity are critical. This position will play a key role in network administration, cybersecurity initiatives, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Support and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments
• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability to ensure maximum uptime
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution
• Support network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure expansion projects

Security & Cybersecurity

• Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security solutions
• Maintain user access controls, authentication, and permissions
• Perform patch management, security updates, and routine security audits
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure security improvements

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve network, system, and helpdesk-related issues
• Provide technical support to end users and internal IT teams
• Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, diagrams, incidents, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-impacting technical issues

Performance Optimization & Compliance

• Analyze network traffic and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend and implement infrastructure and performance enhancements
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of network changes and infrastructure assets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network administration or infrastructure support
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments and troubleshooting network issues
• Knowledge of network operations, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Strong communication and user support skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) or higher
• Experience with Fortinet, Aruba, and/or Arista networking technologies
• Arista ACE Level 2 certification or higher
• Experience with ArubaOS environments
• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and network security tools
