Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager II to support a major energy account in Houston. This role is a key member of the Design and Construction team, responsible for managing capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager II to support a major energy account in Houston. This role is a key member of the Design and Construction team, responsible for managing capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects from design through completion
- Manage scope, contracts, change orders, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress, financials, and risk; provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications and codes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of construction/project management experience (new builds, renovations, MEP, critical environments preferred)
- 3+ years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
