Pricing Analyst – Lead - 1762

This position plays a key role in advancing pricing strategy within a designated business segment. The Lead Pricing Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses to support competitive and data-driven pricing decisions across a portfolio of products and services. This role involves developing and refining pricing models aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, product intelligence, and financial inputs necessary to inform pricing strategy. The role also supports proposal development activities, including pricing contributions for competitive bids and formal responses. Through analysis and strategic insight, this position contributes to revenue optimization and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate pricing reviews to ensure alignment with established policies and approval standards, including oversight of complex pricing scenarios
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to support pricing analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Contribute to pricing strategy development while providing project leadership as needed
- Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and business units to resolve issues and drive outcomes
- Maintain and update pricing-related documentation, including assumptions, cost structures, and overhead allocations
- Act as a point of escalation for pricing-related inquiries and provide guidance to other members of the pricing team
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or related financial analysis roles
- Experience working within a complex, cross-functional or matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Client- and business-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities

Education Required
