Location: Jersey City, N.J.  (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Salary Range: $190K - $240K + discretionary bonus

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven operational solutions. This role will oversee a global team responsible for developing and delivering advanced analytics capabilities, centralized reporting frameworks, and self-healing automation that enhances stability, reduces downtime, and drives operational agility across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of network automation, analytics, and AI/ML-driven observability solutions.
  • Manage a global team of engineers, analysts, and developers; foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
  • Implement self-healing and automated remediation capabilities to improve uptime and operational resilience.
  • Drive the development of centralized reporting platforms and automation frameworks that improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Champion operational excellence and standardized processes across teams and platforms.


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments, with a track record of leading global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and network architectures.
  • Expertise in automation, orchestration, and observability technologies, including:
  • Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps methodologies
  • Splunk, AI/ML analytics platforms
  • Python, React JS, Django for custom application and automation development
  • Database technologies such as MySQL and Redis
  • Demonstrated success delivering advanced analytics, data science, and AI-enabled insights in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational change management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM processes and delivery methodologies.
