Salary: $140K-$158K

About the Role
- We’re seeking a Cloud Infrastructure – Technology Engineering Senior Associate to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure projects, while working alongside a collaborative team that values innovation and reliability.
- You’ll be responsible for designing and supporting infrastructure solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement moderately complex solutions for applications and IT infrastructure.
- Support and optimize Linux/Unix systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Contribute to cloud migration projects, transitioning on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
- Monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics across platforms.
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and SOPs for infrastructure and system operations.
- Provide engineering support for SWIFT technologies (Alliance Cloud, Access, Gateway, Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect).
- Collaborate in Agile teams, contributing to sprints, documentation, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience engineering and supporting Linux/Unix systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with middleware/messaging tools (IBM MQ, AWS SQS/SNS).
- Strong skills in:
- SWIFT technologies and infrastructure support.
- SQL, UNIX, XML, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA.
- Python programming (object-oriented preferred) and API development.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues quickly.
- Experience working within an Agile framework.
