Help Desk Technician (Hybrid) - Paramus Area , NJ - 1754
Location: Paramus Area , NJ - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This is subject to change.
Salary: $75K-$95K - This is a non-exempt position (eligible for OT)

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to deliver front-line technical support for staff and end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices; supporting video conferencing tools; maintaining equipment inventory; and ensuring all activities are documented in the ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Word), and iManage (preferred but not required).
- Support video conferencing platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
- Maintain and track equipment inventory.
- Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Travel periodically to additional offices and during buildouts/expansions.
- Provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
- Aptitude for learning new tasks and following established procedures.
- Strong documentation skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a professional services or client-facing environment preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
