Compensation: $160K–$200K + performance bonuses
Schedule: Fully onsite
Billable Requirement: Minimum 1,850 hours; automatic bonus at 1,950 hours plus merit-based incentives

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial litigation, including experience conducting depositions, managing discovery, and drafting dispositive motions. Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Requirements

• 3–6 years of commercial and complex litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission via waiver
• Demonstrated ability to manage depositions, prepare discovery requests/responses, and draft motions
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom presentation skills
