Salary: $150K–$205K + performance bonuses
Bar Requirement: Active California Bar license in good standing

Position Summary
We are looking for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience handling litigation and TORT matters, including claims involving negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability. Candidates should possess excellent research, writing, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases from start to finish. Experience with public entity law is valued, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of TORT-related litigation matters, including negligence claims, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and manage all aspects of discovery.
• Handle matters from inception through resolution, including depositions and trial preparation.
• Collaborate effectively with the firm’s legal team while working independently on assigned matters.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years’ experience in litigation and TORT law.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Public entity law experience preferred, but not required.
