We're Hiring: SharePoint Developer – Montréal, QC (Hybrid) – 1727
🕒 Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (No contract/consulting arrangements) - CAD $100K-$110K
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – on-site day one, then 3 days per week in the office
🧭 Final Interview: Must be conducted in person in Montréal (travel not reimbursed)
🏢 Relocation: Not offered by the client but you are welcome to relocate on your own
🔧 Core Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Development using C#, ASP.Net, PowerShell in within a Finance/Investment Banking company.
- Deep understanding of Modern Authentication, Graph API, Azure AD Apps
- Manage SharePoint sites, group permissions, and OneDrive structures
- Troubleshoot across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, Outlook (desktop/web/mobile)
- Use JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS to build or update pages and components
- Design and manage infrastructure tools both on-premises and in the cloud
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Agile development, and CI/CD tools
- Strong command of SharePoint features: document libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, content types
- Proficient in SSO technologies (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, Ping Federate)
- Develop and support applications in Office 365 – SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online
- Train and support end-users with SharePoint tasks and feature changes
- Lead efforts in restructuring and optimizing site architecture and content
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with internal/external support teams as needed
- Stay up to date with platform features and suggest improvements

- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Unified Groups, Teams
- Understanding of data governance topics: eComms, Information Barriers, Data Classification, DLP
