About the Opportunity

We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on scalable internal platforms, data infrastructure, and developer enablement. This role partners closely with engineering and analytics teams to define product strategy, prioritize technical investments, and deliver solutions that improve how data is collected, processed, and leveraged across the organization.

This is an individual contributor position with significant ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and building products used primarily by internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product strategy and execution for internal platform and data initiatives.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements.

  • Prioritize roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive execution from concept through delivery.

  • Work with large-scale datasets and data infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

  • Partner with engineering teams to refine technical solutions, balance tradeoffs, and remove delivery obstacles.

  • Gather feedback from internal users and continuously improve platform capabilities.

  • Create clear product documentation, user stories, and technical requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a comparable technical product ownership role.

  • Previous hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, analytics engineering, or another highly technical discipline before moving into product management.

  • Demonstrated experience owning complex technical products involving data infrastructure, backend services, or developer platforms.

  • Comfortable working with engineering teams on highly technical initiatives rather than customer-facing applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed data systems.

  • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redshift, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or comparable modern data technologies.

  • Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and pipeline architecture.

  • Exposure to machine learning platforms, AI infrastructure, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, financial technology, identity management, or API-driven products is highly valued.

  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal Background

Successful candidates typically have a blend of engineering expertise and product leadership. They enjoy working on technical infrastructure, developer tools, or data-intensive platforms and are motivated by solving challenging internal problems rather than building customer-facing features.

We're particularly interested in individuals who have demonstrated ownership, initiative, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while remaining deeply engaged with technical details.
