Location: Hybrid, Dallas, TX - This is a hybrid position. This position works M-Thru onsite, Fridays are remote

This role will focus on delivering and supporting IT solutions within the MarTech stack that optimize processes and align with organizational goals. It requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of marketing processes, associated platforms, and the ability to drive strategic solutions for operational excellence.


Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze business needs. Translate needs into documentation that clearly and effectively communicates how IT solutions are expected to function.

Solution Design: Use your knowledge of system functionality, data and processes to define the optimal solution that meets the business need. Produce functional and technical specifications that clearly convey how the solution should be built.

Solution Implementation: Perform configuration changes within assigned systems as needed. Coordinate development efforts of IT resources, performing functional walkthroughs to ensure specifications are understood.

Data Integration: Ensure effective integration of Marketing data across Sales processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlined workflows, and data accuracy.

Testing: Verify solutions meet the business requirements and function as expected. Create Unit Test and UAT scripts, and coordinate testing efforts. Ensure defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner. 

Project Management: Create and manage project plans, track and communicate progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure solutions are implemented on schedule and within budget.

Change Management: Lead efforts to ensure successful transition and adoption of solutions. Determine impact of implementations and upgrades, communicate changes to stakeholders, perform knowledge transfer.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience implementing Digital Marketing solutions, with a strong functional understanding of marketing processes and concepts such as lead generation, campaign execution and customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
  • Prior experience managing implementation projects involving onshore and offshore technical resources.
  • Experience integrating Marketing solutions with Sales platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Content Management Solutions (CMS) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Master Data as it relates to Accounts and Contacts preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
