Director Of Construction (Quality) - Certified CWI - 1779

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 75% in the US
Compensation: $151K - $170K

Responsibilities:

Align quality assurance initiatives with company objectives and develop long-term continuous improvement plans.
Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes, conducting regular audits to ensure projects meet or exceed specifications.
Develop and deliver quality training programs for construction teams and subcontractors to promote a culture of excellence.
Build strong relationships with clients to address quality concerns and collaborate with project teams to implement best practices.
Mentor and lead the quality assurance team, including inspectors and analysts, to foster professional growth.

Must Have:

10 Years of Experience in Industrial Construction
10 years of experience with Quality Assurance in Construction
Must have a valid CWI - Certified Welding Inspector
Must be comfortable traveling up to 75%
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Management
